As a Student Services Coordinator, you will support our students upon arrival to our campus to ensure a smooth transition into life abroad and continue to be a ‘go-to’ person during their study abroad program. You will assist students daily on campus, ensuring they receive the best customer service and support during their stay with us. As a Student Services Coordinator you are part of the Student Services Team, reporting directly to the Student Services Manager
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Create a lively atmosphere on campus, delivering excellent customer service and creating a safe space for students to come to with questions and concerns.
- Quality Administration: Review and confirm all student bookings in the internal system; prepare student visa documents; and coordinate student arrivals and departures with external suppliers.
- Safeguarding: Take responsibility for the health and safety of all students, always adhering to EF policy and procedures during risk assessments and emergency situations
- Teamwork: Liaise with EF Sales Offices in over 50 countries worldwide and oversee administrative tasks related to all Auckland campus student bookings.
- School Spirit: Attend and assist the campus team with large events, including Graduation Ceremonies.
- Upholding School Policy: Ensure the EF Student Code of Conduct and local laws are followed at all times, informing the management immediately of any misconduct.
- Ad Hoc Admin and Front Desk support: Participating in the school Emergency Phone roster; Handling direct sales enquiries, including walk-in sales and course extensions; Assisting with the issuance of Letters of Acceptance (LOA), and other visa/booking documents, etc.,
- Full fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- All additional languages are a plus!
- Someone who is approachable, friendly, and handles challenges with positivity!
- Detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
