Right now, we need a Club Support (Duty Manager) team member to join the team at Les Mills Hamilton
Reporting to the Club Manager, you will be working as part of a tightly-knit team. This job is hands-on, physical and involves supporting the club to deliver a world-class fitness experience to members all the time.
Key duties in the role involve keeping the club safe, clean and feeling alive. You’ll be the go-to person to resolve issues or provide support to departments and members. So if you’re shy, it’s probably not your thing
You will ideally have:

• Have a genuine interest in people and providing world class service
• Have high levels of energy and be proactive about meeting new people
• Have a great banter and play nice, we’re a supportive bunch around here
• Have a sharp eye for cleanliness and spotting any hazards around the gym
• Have your own fitness story and be committed to health and wellness lifestyle - Walking handstands are optional!

This is a part time role and requires shifts across the entire week including weekends and evenings.
