About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga


As the Adviser Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our network of adviser partners. Representing nib's adviser channel, you'll promote our health and financial wellbeing proposition, ensure high levels of adviser engagement, and help drive better outcomes for our members.


This role is dual-focused, combining relationship management with critical adviser support functions. From complex adviser setups and onboarding to responding to escalations and supporting system processes, your contributions will help deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences for our advisers and their clients.


Key responsibilities


  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with assigned adviser partners through proactive engagement and regular contact
  • Provide tailored support that aligns with each adviser's goals, helping them grow sustainable businesses and deliver high-quality advice
  • Respond to adviser enquiries and escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
  • Manage adviser onboarding, new agency setups, and commission changes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist Senior Adviser Partnership Managers with complex adviser support and Salesforce/BOA system tasks


About you | Ko Wai Koe


  • Strong relationship management experience, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively
  • Background in customer service and/or operational roles in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and presenting them clearly to a wide audience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and understanding of the links between processes, systems and data
  • Comfort discussing health, wellbeing, and financial protection concepts
  • Self-starter with a positive, proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
