Legal Counsel

We are working on an exciting Legal Counsel opportunity for a well-known publicaly listed business.

This is a great opportunity to utilise your technical legal skills in-house working for a fast-moving business. The organisation offers great benefits and a chance to work across a number of teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts including but not limited to corporate, property, marketing, procurement and technology contracts;
• Manage internal relationships across a range of different business areas;
• Liaise with external counsel
  
  

To Be Successful In The Role You Will Have

• Have 2-5 years' experience in corporate or commercial law OR a large in-house organisation
• Enjoy working collaboratively; and
• Have strong technical and commercial abilities.
