We are excited to announce a new permanent opportunity based in Auckland for a Test Analyst. This essential role will support testing and environment coordination across our suite of core Enterprise Applications. As a Test Analyst, you will contribute to quality assurance, system reliability, and smooth release cycles by executing manual and automated testing—including API/integration testing, module and functional testing, and data quality, accuracy, and security validation. You’ll collaborate with developers, business analysts, and environment leads to maintain robust test and development environments and play a key role in drafting test scripts and use cases, documenting and reporting test results, and presenting outcomes to both business and technical teams.
This role is ideal for someone who brings hands-on testing expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with a small core test team and draw on resources from other business units to ensure test coverage aligns with business expectations. You’ll also support the development of bug fixes and system improvements and have the opportunity to contribute to project teams deploying new enterprise applications such as Workday and Datapay. Additionally, you’ll help enhance existing platforms like Oracle Fusion, test new releases for business value and integration impact, and enable the business to maximise the use of its enterprise applications—including reporting tools. Applicants should be comfortable working to tight timelines, both independently and in teams, and confident presenting test results and recommendations.

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Test Analyst with a strong background in testing activities and environment coordination across enterprise applications. Your hands-on experience in quality assurance and system stability—particularly in API/integration testing, module and functional testing, and data quality, accuracy, and security validation—makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are proficient with testing tools such as Playwright and Azure DevOps (ADO), and bring a solid understanding of automation techniques. You excel at drafting test scripts and use cases, documenting and reporting test results, and presenting outcomes and recommendations to both business and technical teams. Your ability to support the development of bug fixes and system improvements is key to ensuring seamless releases and robust environments.

As a proactive contributor, you will have the opportunity to be involved in project teams deploying new enterprise applications such as Workday and Datapay, while also supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of large-scale platforms like Oracle Fusion. You’ll play a critical role in testing new releases to assess business value, feasibility, and impact on integration layers—helping the business maximise the use and value of its enterprise applications, including reporting tools. You are comfortable working to tight timelines, whether independently or as part of a team, and confident presenting test results and recommendations to stakeholders.
