I’m working with a fantastic client who’s looking to bring on a Facilities Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to support their Property & Assets Team.

This role sits at the heart of their operations team and plays a key part in keeping their buildings running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things repairs and maintenance—from coordinating contractors, to helping out with practical tasks and supporting the wider logistics team. It’s a varied role that suits someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, but also has the coordination and communication skills to manage systems, suppliers, and stakeholder expectations.

What The Role Involves

  • Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance, compliance work, and contractor scheduling
  • Conducting checks and reporting on plant and building services
  • Supporting the team with general facilities tasks and day-to-day operations
  • Helping manage building security (access cards, inductions, etc.)
  • Assisting with transport, relocations, and logistics for teams and tenants
  • Monitoring permit-to-work systems and supporting HSE compliance
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a facilities management position
  • Solid understanding of plant, machinery, and building services
  • Good working knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work Act
  • Confident using digital tools and systems
  • Practical repair and maintenance skills across various trades
  • Great communication skills and a detail-focused approach
  • A positive, solutions-focused team player who’s ready to get stuck in

This is a genuinely rewarding role within a team that’s passionate about what they do. If you’re looking for a role with variety, purpose, and a great working culture—this is one to consider.
