Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
PSN is seeking a dynamic and visionary Practice Development and Implementation Manager to join our Social Services Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the integration and improvement of social service delivery through the design and implementation of evidence-based practice models and frameworks.
You will also:
- Ensure consistency and quality in practice at individual, group, and programme levels.
- Establish systems and processes to support high-quality service delivery.
- Champion a comprehensive practice change programme that drives innovation and measurable improvement.
- Lead the development and rollout of common, evidence-based practice frameworks across PSN’s social services.
- Manage a small team of Practice leads.
- A masters in Social Work is required
- Strong leadership and strategic implementation experience in social services or a related field.
- A deep understanding of evidence-based practice models.
- A proven ability to lead practice change at scale, with systems thinking and a collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven skills and experience in leading and managing best practice services incorporating the use of research methodologies and with the participation of internal/external experts
- Ability to uphold clear and professional boundaries
- Good knowledge of Family Violence and impact on a range of presentations, children, families, disabilities,
- Persuasiveness, resilience, determination, tenacity and lateral thinking
