We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Workforce Coordinator join our HR team in King St – Hastings, New Zealand.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Implement and maintain effective workforce scheduling processes across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including managing casual and third-party labour.
- Manage time and attendance systems, processing exceptions and providing regular reports.
- Support payroll processes, including biometric enrolment and data management.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, such as absenteeism and overtime.
- Provide training and support to employees on time and attendance procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to inform workforce planning decisions
About you:
- Currently hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
- Previous experience in an FMCG setting and good industry/process knowledge (desirable)
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels of the business, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, and willingness to learn UKG Dimensions Kronos or other Time & Attendance Tools.
- Ability to work with the highest level of trust, integrity, honesty, and confidentiality, with strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic problem-solving and decision-making ability, with the capacity to observe the need for changes/improvements in processes.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand – with full working rights.
