As a People Technology Analyst, you will play a key role in providing operational support for our HR technology solutions across Learning, Performance and Talent. With strong expertise in system configuration and administrative processes, this role acts as a technical SME providing support to the People team and end users in their day-to-day interactions with our HR technology solutions.

• Experience supporting HR systems, preferably with Cornerstone on demand, Learning, Performance and Talent
• Strong trouble shooting skills with a logical approach and ability to manage competing priorities
• Naturally curious and driven to find solutions in unfamiliar territory
• Committed to continuous improvement and pro-active in problem solving
• Highly developed relationship management experience with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication skills, keeping colleagues, users, and stakeholders informed through timely and appropriate engagement
