- Sales and negotiation skills: You’re skilled in high level solution-based selling, coupled with the acumen to identify revenue growth opportunities and negotiate effectively to achieve the desired outcome.
- Commercial acumen: You’ve cultivated broad business and commercial experience; leading you to think strategically to deliver best solutions for customers.
- Analytical skills: Strong numerical confidence and analytical knowledge in order to make informed, data driven decisions.
- Market knowledge: Understanding of the transport and logistics markets, which has you ready to anticipate market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Solutions focussed: Results oriented, you become a true problem solver for your clients. Demonstrating resilience, and a positive attitude to achieve objective.
- Organisational skills: You know your way round a CRM. Strong time management and organisation skills mean you work well under pressure, prioritise tasks effectively and can operate autonomously.
- Team collaboration: Willing to collaborate across the team to achieve objectives and the best outcomes for customers and the business.
