About the role
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for an intermediate, or senior Banking and Finance lawyer to join our Auckland team.
You’ll work closely with partners Geoff Busch and Emma Kerr, gaining exposure to a wide range of complex and high-value transactions. This is a unique opportunity to advance your career by working with international and domestic banks, financial institutions, private equity and infrastructure sponsors, and corporates on diverse financing arrangements across multiple sectors.
What you will bring
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years' post-qualification experience working in a similar role, either in New Zealand or abroad. Applicants will need to be ambitious, have excellent academic qualifications and be able to engage confidently with clients. You will have exceptional levels of self-awareness and interpersonal skills and have a proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust. You will be highly responsive, organised and able to manage a wide variety of tasks.
