About the role:
- Compliance Administration: Manage all compliance administration and maintenance scheduling.
- Service Delivery: Utilise your expertise in BWoF & 12a processes to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls and queries with exceptional customer service.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate field technicians to meet routine and non-routine maintenance services.
- Administrative Support: Provide vital support to managers and business units, including clerical tasks and database management.
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist in creating and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Compliance Liaison: Work closely with certified IQPs to ensure compliance documentation is signed off before deadlines.
- Data Analysis: Use your Excel skills to analyze and cleanse existing accounts.
- Issue Escalation: Address concerns regarding processes, technician deployment, and client responses.
- Purchase Orders & Invoicing: Raise purchase orders and process contract invoicing as per terms and conditions.
- You will have knowledge of Building Warrants of Fitness and the 12a processes.
- Experience with the Pronto Xi is highly desirable but we are willing to train.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills is necessary.
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have a proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables.
- The ability to maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced administration role is necessary.
- You will have superior organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous call centre experience in a service delivery environment is preferred.
