Pharmacy Team Leader - Life Pharmacy Takapuna

We're looking for a dynamic, self-driven leader who is passionate about pharmacy, people, and community healthcare.

About the Role:

As our Pharmacy Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a motivated pharmacy team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, maintaining

high merchandising standards, supporting staff development through training, and implementing innovative marketing displays to enhance the customer experience.

You'll be part of a supportive team of 11, and your ability to lead, inspire, and manage multiple tasks will be key to your success.

This is a Permanent position working 35 hours across 5 days from Monday-Sunday.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced leader with a strong retail or pharmacy background
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
Minimum 2 years' experience in a pharmacy retail environment
Strong knowledge of over-the-counter (OTC) and natural health products (preferred)
Confident and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
TONIQ experience is a plus
Ability to lead a team to success and inspire others
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload
Creative thinker with a passion for community engagement
