Senior Property Consultant

A leading New Zealand property consultancy is looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join their Auckland team. With a strong track record across government and public infrastructure, the organisation is now actively growing its footprint in the private sector, particularly in energy, utilities, and infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role delivering complex acquisition, advisory, and legalisation work while also contributing to client development, strategy execution, and mentoring emerging talent.

The Role Will See You

• Deliver complex land acquisition, disposal, and strategy work for public and private clients.
• Lead property advisory input across major infrastructure and capital projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to fee proposals
• Support junior staff development and collaborate across a high-performing national team
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years in land/property consulting across public infrastructure, Crown, or private infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of the Public Works Act 1981, Resource Management Act 1991, and Local Government Act
• Commercially minded, with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Confident communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team-driven culture.
