Position – 1 x Personal Assistant

Location/ Place of work – Auckland

Wage - $31 per hour

Job Type – Permanent Full-time

You must professional, highly organized, personable, and dedicated to becoming successful in this position. This position may require working on some weekends. Knowledge of an Indian language will be beneficial, though not necessary.

Your tasks will be:

  • Setting, managing and arranging meetings with clients.
  • Managing the schedule of the Agent.
  • Keeping database updated.
  • Assist in social media management, if required.
  • Ensure clients are looked after and their queries are answered.
  • Responding to emails/phone calls.
  • Ensuring open homes schedule is prepared.
  • General administration like making travel arrangements, photocopies, scanning, etc.

You will be required to work minimum 35 – maximum 40 hours/week.

Qualification/Work Experience

No qualification required or experience required. We will provide training resources and training.

You must be a New Zealand Citizen/ Resident or on a Valid Visa and able to work full time.
