- Delivering strategic financial insights to guide operational decision making
- Assessing financial viability of bids and key decisions, tenders, and key commercial decisions
- Managing accurate and timely financial reporting cycles
- Overseeing the budgeting process to ensure alignment with broader organisational priorities
- Collaborating with Commercial teams to manage financial risks and opportunities
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Mentoring finance team to strengthen capability and process effectiveness
- 10+ years in financial / project accounting experience
- CA or CPA qualification required.
- Experience in project accounting within infrastructure, construction, or similar sectors is essential
- Strong technical expertise in compliance, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Proven ability to lead and elevate team members
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on financial leadership
- Experience with JDX or SAP systems is advantageous
