Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
- Welcoming customers and processing vehicle and driver-related transactions
- Identifying customer needs and offering relevant AA products and services
- Handling customer requests and problem-solving with professionalism
- Maintaining accurate records and transaction processing
- Supporting your team to meet service targets and deliver a great customer experience
- Promoting safe work practices and keeping the workplace tidy and efficient
- Previous customer service or sales experience (motor industry experience a bonus!)
- Strong attention to detail and well-organised
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Good computer and keyboard skills (intermediate level)
- NCEA Level 1 (or equivalent)
- A team player who enjoys helping others
