We're excited to welcome a detail-savvy Accounts Receivable Administrator to the team at Evolution Healthcare. In this fixed-term role, you’ll play a vital part in managing the day-to-day billing and receivables for our Proactive Occupational Health services, helping to ensure seamless revenue processes and great client experiences.


What you'll do:

  • Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Respond to billing queries promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to support top-priority tasks


What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in billing and credit control
  • Familiarity with Xero and/or Business Central (a plus!)
  • Strong numeracy, IT, and problem-solving skills
  • A calm, detail-oriented approach under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and a flexible work style
