We are seeking a driven clinician for an exciting Clinical Lead role in the Training for independence services space to become a part of our Senior Leadership Team. You will provide best practice and service delivery solutions. We will provide you with the tools you need to look after people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way. This role is part of a strategic plan to increase clinical leadership in the Nelson region.
Main Responsibilities

Heidi is an AI medical scribe that automates clinical documentation and decreases administrative work. This enables you to focus on clinical care and excellence. In turn, you will be better equipped to make best use of our uncapped incentive programme that enables clinicians to earn an extra performance bonus every single month!

- Liaise with Service Lead to review complex client cases.
- Manage client risk register and review complex clinical reports.
- Build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Supporting the regional multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Named provider with ACC
- Annual practicing certification as a registered health professional
- Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team!
- Five plus years’ experience in a clinical role – leadership skills is advantageous
- ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge
