The position
As a Senior Business Unit Coordinator, you will provide an administrative and business support service enabling and empowering the General Manager, commercial and cross-functional team members, to achieve New Zealand business objectives efficiently.
Other role expectations below bit are not limited to:
- Support for Business Engagements: Assist the GM with presentations, events, and overall business engagements, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
- Event Organization and Administration: Provide organisational and administrative support for both internal and external promotional and educational events, enhancing quality and participation.
- Stock Management Support: Aid the Core Brand Team (CBT) with managing stock levels and processes for promotional materials, ensuring adequate resources for marketing efforts.
- Documentation and Coordination: Handle documentation, correspondence, and event coordination within New Zealand, including logistics for meetings and conferences.
- Budget and Stakeholder Management: Monitor the NZ budget in partnership with Finance and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective collaboration and reporting (including compliance with MACoC ToV and HCO reporting).
- Administrative qualification preferred, with proven successful track record in executive support in a busy working environment. Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable.
- Proficient in interpreting complex data and creating quality business presentations.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and AI tools.
- Must have the ability to critique business documents and proactively lead cross-functional business discussions.
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
