Your Impact

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Field Insights Manager, ANZ. In this role, you will work closely with field teams and senior leadership to translate in-store data into actionable insights that drive sales growth. You will be responsible for managing sales performance tracking, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting the implementation of insights across multiple stakeholders

About The Role

  • Lead the analysis and reporting of sales performance metrics using the “Perfect Store” model to provide clear visibility and actionable insights to the field sales teams.
  • Oversee and optimise the use of field sales technology, ensuring tools are effectively supporting Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).
  • Collaborate on the design and development of a web-based insights platform to improve in-store knowledge and decision-making capabilities for the field team.
  • Analyse consumer and category data to develop strategic plans that support business growth.
  • Manage all aspects of Field Technology, ensuring accurate data loading and reporting for the “Perfect Store” metrics.
  • Partner with Category Development and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for new product development (NPD), upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.


About You

You are a highly skilled and strategic thinker who can interpret complex data to drive business growth, present confidently to high-profile stakeholders, and influence key decision-makers across all levels with strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive and solution-focused with a creative approach, possessing advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email).

Multiple years of experience in a sales/commercial Strategy role, or both National Accounts and Category Management, preferably food & beverages industry. Strong channel/category insights experience, with the ability to generate and present actionable recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders (at all levels)
