My client is looking to hire an experienced Portfolio Coordinator who will be responsible for providing support to a large portfolio of work. This will be a 12-month contract role based in Wellington.

Successful applicants will have…


  • Experience in coordinating and contributing to reporting for the Leadership Team meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Providing proactive support to the Portfolio Director and Portfolio Leadership team
  • Promoting and supporting adherence to EPMO standards, governance, and delivery frameworks
  • Ensuring portfolio processes align with enterprise best practices and compliance requirements
  • Managing due dates, reminders and tracking completion across teams
  • Coordinating onboarding for new hires, delivering initial training for portfolio tools and processes and assisting with workspace setup and access requests
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure alignment, support project coordination needs, and maintain clear communication across the portfolio
  • Maintaining and monitoring the portfolio action log, ensuring follow-through on key decisions and outstanding items
