Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules for assigned product lines
- Collaborate with various departments to adjust plans based on resource availability
- Prioritise daily scheduling of critical SKUs and other high-priority components
- Work closely with inventory to ensure on-time material availability for scheduled production
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot bottlenecks to minimise disruption in production
- Support Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline scheduling processes
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to adjust schedules based on material supply and workforce capability
- Proven experience in production scheduling in a manufacturing or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software, Excel, BPCS, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven scheduling decisions
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production workflow optimisation is a plus
