We are looking for a skilled Production Scheduler to coordinate manufacturing shop orders, create and manage daily and weekly production schedules, and optimise operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have proven experience in production scheduling, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules for assigned product lines
  • Collaborate with various departments to adjust plans based on resource availability
  • Prioritise daily scheduling of critical SKUs and other high-priority components
  • Work closely with inventory to ensure on-time material availability for scheduled production
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot bottlenecks to minimise disruption in production
  • Support Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline scheduling processes
  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to adjust schedules based on material supply and workforce capability


We're looking for someone with

  • Proven experience in production scheduling in a manufacturing or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, Excel, BPCS, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven scheduling decisions
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and production workflow optimisation is a plus
