Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly experienced MuleSoft Tech Lead to join our team and take ownership of key integration work across a complex enterprise environment. The role involves leading technical delivery using MuleSoft, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure integrations across multiple systems. You’ll work closely with a distributed team and provide both technical leadership and strategic direction, while also being hands-on with solution design and development.

In your first few weeks in this Lead role, you can expect to:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions using MuleSoft
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices, patterns, and long-term use of the MuleSoft platform
• Work within a multi-technology environment and contribute to architectural decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable solutions
• Support CI/CD processes and ensure consistent deployment standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
• Mentor team members and set technical standards for MuleSoft development
• Contribute to transition and handover activities from the outgoing lead
• Work closely with offshore teams to ensure successful, aligned delivery

To apply for this role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft for developing and managing integration solutions
• Proven ability to define and implement strategy for the use of MuleSoft in enterprise environments
• Experience designing and delivering RESTful APIs and managing the API lifecycle
• Solid understanding of RAML, SOAP, data transformation, and integration best practices
• Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with multiple integration technologies
• Good working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and API gateways
• Exposure to or familiarity with other Enterprise Service Buses (ESBs) is advantageous
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and cloud deployments
• Strong communication skills and experience leading distributed teams
