We're seeking a committed Consultant Psychiatrist to join a dynamic Acute Community team, supporting both the Intake & Assessment and Home-Based Treatment services. This role offers a mix of community-based work and emergency care, delivering responsive, equity-focused mental health support to a diverse population.
What you'll be doing:
Provide clinical leadership across acute community mental health services
Deliver triage, risk assessments, short-term interventions, and home-based care
Drive service improvement and support ongoing health system transformation
Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team and senior clinical leaders
Support whaiora with complex mental health and co-existing challenges
