What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will support our Salesforce and Digital Team in the execution of testing practices for our Digital platform and internal Salesforce CRM. Reporting to the Test & Release Lead, you will:

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will support our Salesforce and Digital Team in the execution of testing practices for our Digital platform and internal Salesforce CRM. Reporting to the Test & Release Lead, you will:
- Plan, design, and execute tests covering functional, regression, and performance testing using tools like Playwright, Applitools, Cypress
- Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices for test automation
- Mentor other team members in testing best practices for test automation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate testing requirements and resources
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the overall quality and user experience
- Identify and manage testing risks
- 5 years + experience in a senior Test Automation role, ideally within New Zealand's financial services sector, particularly Insurance
- Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright (Java-based)
- Skilled in developing automated tests for Salesforce platforms
- Strong background in API testing and working with CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Jenkins
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and ways of working
- Flexibility to work with our Trans-Tasman partners
- Capable of building strong, lasting relationships with external stakeholders
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and methodical in problem-solving
- Experience in NRF testing
- New Zealand Insurance Industry experience
- AI Testing experience
