You’ll join our Complex Accounting and Reporting team in the Audit, Assurance and Reporting Advisory business unit as an Associate Director based in Tāmaki-makau-rau/Auckland. In this role, you’ll help clients navigate complex transactions and ensure they are reflected appropriately in their external reporting. You’ll work across industries, collaborating with other teams (Audit, Tax, Corporate Finance, Risk Advisory, Consulting) to practically apply your knowledge of New Zealand accounting and reporting standards to deliver solutions that are accurate, practical, and client oriented.

As Accounting And Reporting Specialists, We Also
- support our auditors and finance professionals through the delivery of accounting learning and resources (tools and templates), and
- develop thought leadership through client publications and standard setter submissions.
- Providing accurate and practical accounting or corporate reporting advice for unique client challenges (including external and internal clients).
- Supporting clients through disruptive events (such as M&A, divestments).
- Managing multiple pieces of work concurrently, ensuring that client and internal deadlines are met.
- Contributing to / or being responsible for the preparation of the firm’s corporate reporting publications, such as model financial statements, accounting alerts and financial reporting checklists.
- Bringing your point of view and energy to the team.
