About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketing manager to lead the B2C and B2B marketing efforts of the company’s growing Retrofit division. You’ll take full ownership of strategy, content, digital delivery and campaign reporting – all aimed at boosting awareness, lead generation, and national growth.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Lead and optimise the FY26 marketing plan with a strong focus on B2C digital lead generation
- Manage end-to-end campaign performance – from concept and content creation to delivery, tracking and reporting
- Design and deliver engaging marketing assets – including flyers, brochures, social media and digital content
- Use HubSpot to drive lead capture, campaign tracking, and sales enablement
- Identify and grow new market segments including retirement, education and light commercial
- Coordinate national events such as home shows, expos and conferences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, support sales, and drive brand consistency
Days/ Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

- Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong background in manufacturing or within a similar product-led industry
- HubSpot expertise – including workflows, campaign tracking, and reporting
- Hands-on design and content creation experience – ideally using Adobe Suite
- Proactive and self-motivated – you take initiative, ask smart questions, and deliver strong results
