We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and creative thinker to join our Data & Business Intelligence team as an Insights Analyst. In this role, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights that shape strategy and drive business decisions across Sky.
You’ll be at the forefront of analysing audience behaviour, content performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across content, marketing, partnerships, digital, product, and finance. With the freedom to shape the scope of the role, this is an exciting opportunity to make it your own, build trusted relationships, and help Sky deepen its understanding of what really moves the needle.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Analyse complex datasets and build visual dashboards to uncover key insights that support content, marketing, product, and commercial decisions
- Develop predictive models, audience segmentations, and churn forecasts to support business performance
- Translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations that influence decision-making
- Collaborate across teams to design and implement measurement frameworks and A/B testing strategies
- Champion innovation through identifying growth opportunities, behavioural trends, and data-driven improvements.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on turning data into impactful insights, is commercially savvy, and confident working across a fast-paced media environment. You'll bring technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through data.
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in analytics, data modelling, and visualisation
- Proficiency in SQL and either R, Python, or similar for statistical analysis
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing
- Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and data storytelling
- Confident using tools such as Power BI for dashboards and data visualisation
- Strong interpersonal skills – comfortable working with senior stakeholders and across teams
- Experience with Nielsen audience measurement
- Knowledge of media, entertainment, or subscriber-based industries
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as Segment and dbt
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
