Senior Policy Advisor

We are seeking experienced Senior Policy Advisors for a central government agency to work on Ministerial priority projects, requiring strong policy analysis, project leadership, and communication skills.

We have a range of Senior Policy Advisor opportunities within a large central government agency. This offers interesting and Ministerial priority work, within a team that values collaboration and engagement. These work areas provide the opportunity to work directly with Ministers and craft your policy skills and domain knowledge. You will be able to address tricky policy issues which will challenge your breadth of experience.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Can Bring

• Complex policy analysis ability where you can lead the development of innovative and durable policy options
• Takes the lead of leading projects and manages policy work with project teams
• Improves the overall capability of the team day to day, and a willingness to test your ideas and thinking
  
  

Experience Needed

• An understanding of policy development, regulation, operational policy frameworks
• A proven ability to translate complex information into clear documentation and recommendations
• Demonstrated experience in policy work where you have provided robust advice on risks, issues, options, and recommendations.
• Ability to write to a high level and communicate with a range of stakeholders
