This Senior Business Analyst role will be central to helping engineering, rollout, and support teams deliver technical solutions at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with product, software engineering, rollout, and support teams to define and refine requirements.
• Support the delivery of secure, scalable infrastructure and access systems.
• Use tools like Confluence, Jira, and scheduling software to support process design, coordination, and rollout readiness.
• Dive into issues, drive resolution, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Business Analyst roles within complex software, platform, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong Salesforce project experience (must-have).
• Comfortable working independently and owning large pieces of delivery coordination.
• Analytical mindset with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience across test coordination, end-to-end process mapping, and large-scale rollout support.
