Your Impact
This role will be responsible for managing key customer relationships with Foodstuffs North Island managing well-known brands in our multi-beverage portfolio across Beer, Cider, Wine, Juice and other Non-Alcoholic beverage categories. This will be done by developing and implementing customer plans that achieve financial and operational targets. You will apply strategic thinking and leverage relationships across the business to contribute to succeeding business goals.

We are looking for an individual that can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Grocery channel. An individual that possesses excellent presentation skills, is highly competent in interpreting data and driving value adding insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop business plans, in consultation with the wider team that deliver financial objectives and is in accordance with overall channel strategy.
- Review promotional activity and performance against plans on a regular basis to evaluate effectiveness of activity and spend.
- Meet with customers to present activity and new products, review performance, negotiate ranging and trading terms, gain competitor insight and explore opportunities.
- Ensuring ranging and market share objectives are achieved through application of effective category management principles.
- Provide robust forecasting and contributes to the budgeting process as required.

- Account Management experience within the FMCG industry, Grocery exposure is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering business results.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and ability to influence internally and externally.
- Commercially savvy with ability to analyse and negotiate.
