- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Support sustainability and cultural initiatives
- Be a proud ambassador of Ngāi Tahu values and the Tiaki Promise
- Maintain the grounds to a high standard - including weed eating and ride on lawn mower work
- A background in tourism, hospitality, or customer service (ideal but not essential)
- A passion for people, storytelling, and the outdoors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Willingness to learn and grow—especially in cultural confidence and te reo Māori
- Jet boat driving experience or a desire to train and qualify
