Join our team as a Property Finance Analyst and become part of a supportive team that’s passionate about helping you succeed. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to commercial property investment and development lending.

In this role, you’ll help prepare credit applications, support customer portfolio management, and learn how to deliver tailored financial solutions. You’ll be encouraged to develop your understanding of financial and risk analysis, while building meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:

• Some experience or exposure to commercial or property finance, ideally within a banking or financial environment
• Ability to assess risks and contribute to finding practical solutions
• Willing to learn to write property finance credit risk papers
• Understanding of credit management, polices and procedures
• Strong relationship and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels
• Tertiary qualification in property or related field would be favourable
