A unique opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute, strategically minded leader to join a values-based, purpose-driven organisation in a broad, high-impact leadership role. This is ideal for a current CFO, Head of Finance or GM Corporate Services looking to take the next step and lead across multiple functions in a complex and evolving environment.
About The Role
This Tier Two role reports directly to executive leadership and holds strategic and operational responsibility for finance, IT, procurement, risk, property and facilities. The role plays a critical part in ensuring the organisation’s internal systems and infrastructure are well-positioned to support long-term goals and respond to current sector challenges.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with decision-makers across the business, providing commercial insight, improving operational systems, and driving high performance across the core support functions. You’ll also be involved in key strategic initiatives such as a major systems integration project and oversight of a $20m building redevelopment.

- Board and leadership reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance
- Organisational risk management, audit, and legal compliance
- Oversight of digital systems strategy and business improvement
- Supporting modelling and analysis to inform long-term planning
You will be a confident, values-aligned senior leader who thrives in complex, change-oriented environments. You’ll have a track record of delivering results while building strong, respectful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
You’ll Also Ideally Bring
- Experience managing the finance and operations function in a medium-to-large organisation
- Strong financial leadership, including Tier One reporting and board engagement
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Understanding of systems integration and digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
- CA qualification (or similar) preferred
