Property Consultant, Nelson
The Nelson team have a fantastic opportunity for a highly capable Property Consultant to oversee property consulting services with a focus on Public Land accredited supplier activities.
As a professional member of the property team, you will take responsibility for ensuring all work undertaken complies with LINZ standards for the acquisition and disposal of Crown and Public Works Act land. You’ll act as Project Manager on a variety of property projects, confidently taking responsibility for technical content, results, profits and project timelines. Your business development skills will play a key role in managing project proposals and preparing expressions of interest.
You can be based in any of our Marlborough and Top of the South offices. The region has a fantastic lifestyle and a vibrant community, loved by individuals, families, and senior professionals alike. The short commuting times compared to living in a busy city provides a good work-life balance.
About you:
- Relevant qualification in a property related field
- Preferably minimum 5+ years’ professional experience in a property/project management or property law related field
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, codes, standards and practices including the Public Works Act 1981, Land Act 1948 and Treaty Settlements Acts
- Current clean drivers license
