NZ Revenue Audit Manager

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for audit excellence and team leadership? SkyCity is seeking a NZ Revenue Audit Manager to oversee the Gaming and Hospitality audit functions across all New Zealand sites, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic 24/7 environment.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As the Revenue Audit Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering timely and accurate audit results, managing merchant service relationships, and driving operational improvements. You'll work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support strategic decision-making.

• Manage daily and monthly revenue audit processes across Gaming and Hospitality.
• Lead and develop a high-performing audit team.
• Ensure compliance with DIA-approved procedures and internal control standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, investigate anomalies, and resolve non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes.
• Maintain relationships with banking institutions and payment solution providers.

Mōu | About You

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce or related discipline (CA preferred).
• 5+ years' experience in audit, accounting, or investigative roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and ERP system experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Knowledge of Gaming and Hospitality systems and operations is a plus.
