Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Global Development team within Computershare Technology Services.
Computershare Technology Services (CTS) is the division within Computershare responsible for procurement and ongoing maintenance & support of all IT systems that underpin and support all business lines within Computershare.
This position sits within a cross-regional project/software delivery team supporting the team by coordinating and executing high-quality software testing.

Some key responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and documenting comprehensive testing plans, test cases and test data
- Conduct hands on manual software test execution and work towards completion of testing within the agreed timelines
- Manage defects including logging new defects, proactively working with others to resolve the defects and updating defect status for accurate progress reporting
- Deliver testing efforts within forecasted estimates and communicate any risks early
- Define and follow test processes
- Communicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to: share knowledge and ideas; provide updates; influence; challenge; and take on feedback
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality testing
What will you bring to the role?
You will have a clear passion for quality, a willingness to learn and the curiosity to ask the right questions
- Software Testing experience of analysing designs & specifications, defining test cases, identifying test data requirements, investigating issues, reporting risks, logging bugs and reporting on test progress
- A curious, observant and intuitive explorer who is capable of setup, exercise and checking test scenarios against the system-under-test.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborates and communicates well, builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenges from others, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills
- Relevant industry knowledge/experience
Ideal candidate would have demonstrated RML knowledge – training will be provided
Some other key experience you’ll have:
- ISTQB Foundation Certified Tester
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.
- Additional Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering qualifications.
- Any form of software testing working experience
- Ability to analyse software requirements and design specifications
- Knowledge of Registry business processes, business rules and market
- Demonstrated RML (internal to Computershare) knowledge
- Ability to successfully resolve issues and get results with minimal supervision
