Your role will include:

• Leading a high-performing project team across civil and infrastructure works
• Driving delivery performance, health and safety, and commercial success
• Overseeing tenders, pricing, and project estimates
• Managing subcontractors, planning and procurement
• Reporting, forecasting, and operational leadership
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Mentoring and developing team members
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4+ years experience in civil construction or roading in a similar role; This role would suit an up and coming PE or PM looking for career growth.
• A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong leadership and team management background
• Solid understanding of job pricing, margins, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with NZ construction standards, methods, and systems
• A current NZ Class 1 Driver’s Licence
