- 4+ years of recruitment agency experience (technical recruitment experience preferred) within the New Zealand market.
- Strong business development skills & a track record of growing client relationships
- A confident communicator & relationship builder in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement
