Design & Construction Project Manager – Christchurch (18-Month Fixed-Term)

With over 400 temperature-controlled facilities globally, we’re now investing in a major cold storage project right here in Christchurch. And we’re looking for a Design & Construction (D&C) Project Manager to lead it.

The Role

This 18-month fixed-term position is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a technically complex, high-value infrastructure project. You’ll be Lineage’s primary representative from early design through to commissioning, managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver a facility that meets the highest operational and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing project delivery from design to handover
• Leading contractor, consultant, and regulatory coordination
• Ensuring quality, safety, compliance, and risk are managed proactively
• Overseeing commissioning and transition to operational teams

Who You Are

• An experienced construction project manager with cold storage or food-grade facility experience
• Strong technical understanding of refrigeration, MEP, and insulated systems
• Proven ability to deliver major projects on time and on budget
• A natural leader, communicator, and problem solver
