About the Opportunity:
We're offering an exciting new opportunity for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a number of national customer accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities across all assigned channels and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account & Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and distribution partners, aligning with strategic objectives and ensuring high engagement through store visits, ride days, trade shows and business reviews.
  • Sales & Strategy Execution: Achieve sales targets and execute channel strategy across assigned end-user verticals, including planning and aligning sales strategies with the field team and senior management.
  • Marketing & Campaign Delivery: Develop and deliver marketing and sales initiatives, manage POS distribution and support execution of planned channel and partner activities within deadlines.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee A&P and travel budgets, manage financial/product forecasting, and maintain pricing, backorder and forward-order planning.
  • Internal & External Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication across all stakeholders, documenting meetings and aligning messaging with company culture and strategic direction.
  • Training & Enablement: Own and implement partner training plans, support team development and regularly share knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Culture: Promote company values ("Milwaukee Way") and ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards including performing ad-hoc duties as required.

About you:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with over two years of Account Management experience, including managing large-scale customers, sales growth and exposure to product management.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-focused mindset and a proven ability to build and manage relationships across hardware, retail or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, onboarding new distribution partners and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic goals.
  • Skilled in data analysis, financial literacy, negotiation and issue resolution to deliver optimised business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, stay organised and perform under pressure.
  • Solutions-oriented with a passion for delivering results, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to a positive, productive work culture.
