Atomic Coffee is on the hunt for a passionate and driven café supervisor or head barista to lead our newest espresso bar in Mills Lane, opening mid-July. This isn’t just another café gig - it’s your chance to shape a space, a team, and a reputation from the ground up.
You’ll take the reins two weeks before opening, ensuring a smooth setup and leading the charge into launch. If you’ve been a standout barista or café all-rounder or a supervisor with 2+ years of experience and are ready to step into leadership, this is your moment.

- Take ownership of daily ops - cash-ups, ordering, rostering, and managing quality standards
- Be a brand ambassador, building loyal customer relationships and representing Atomic’s values
- Champion a safe, fun, and high-performing team environment
- Strong café or barista experience and a hunger to lead
- A commitment to coffee quality, customer service, and good vibes
- Cool head under pressure and an eye for detail
- Leadership potential and excellent communication skills
- The drive to shape a successful store and create a place people love to visit
