We have a fantastic role in our Developer Services Team!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional advisor where you will use your exceptional customer focus and ability to learn multiple applications to become the central point of contact for customers. You will be processing new applications and liaising with stakeholders throughout the application process.
This role is critical in ensuring our customers connections to our networks are processed in a timely and accurate manner, and that we are providing the best in customer focus and service.
Responsibilities

- Responding to customer phone calls and inquiries
- Recording application data, adding new customer and connection details into Watercare's (Infor) IPS system
- Communicating with customers to collect additional information and update them on their application's status
- Maintaining quality checks with the output of customer invoices
- Managing customer experience for the online Developers portal.
Skills
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven background in a customer service role, where you enjoy ensuring that the customer has the best possible outcome. Your skills will include:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Proficiency in customer service and data entry
- The capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior familiarity with Infor /Salesforce systems and/or Project Wise would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in the utilities sector would be beneficial, although not a prerequisite.
