We’re looking for a Senior Product Lead in our Mobile Banking Digital squad, who will work to drive good customer outcomes, keep our customers safe and influence excellent customer experiences.

You will be hands-on with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Collaborate with CX and UX Teams
• Translate Business Requirements
• Epic Discovery and Refinement
• Story Breakdown and Value Delivery
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Must have experience with digital products, particularly in internet banking and/or mobile banking. This experience should include working closely with product and technology teams to deliver customer-focused digital solutions
• Proven experience collaborating with UX teams
• Hands-on experience with customer analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track, measure, and optimise user engagement and performance metrics
• Experience using customer segmentation tools, such as LaunchDarkly, to deliver targeted and personalised experiences to different customer groups
• Familiarity with customer notification tools, such as Atomic, to manage and deliver timely and relevant communications to customers
• Solid understanding and experience working in an Agile environment
