What’s the role about?

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this fixed-term 12-month role is designed to provide vital support to our Customer Service team during peak periods and key projects. This is a part-time position, offering approximately 20 hours per week.

You will be based in our stunning new central Auckland offices, where you will join a team that is passionate about providing the best experience. You’ll support both internal teams and external dealer partners by ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and efficient administration. This is a primarily non-phone-based role with occasional phone support during peak times.

This role offers flexibility—we’re open to working arrangements that suit your lifestyle, as long as they fall within regular business hours. Whether you prefer mornings, afternoons, or a split schedule, we’ll work with you to make it happen.

About You

  • Proven experience in administrative or customer service support roles
  • Experience working in a motor insurance environment, with an understanding of insurance products and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Underwriting experience is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
