As the first and last touchpoint of our guests’ journey, you will embody the essence of French art de vivre, creating a seamless and sophisticated experience from arrival to departure. Your role extends beyond the lobby - you will orchestrate seamless valet services, oversee impeccable guest assistance, and bring the charm of Sofitel to life with every interaction. This role is part-time permanent (Minimum 8 hours per week)

Qualifications
- Restricted or Full NZ Driver’s license and able to drive both manual and auto preferred*
- Service focused personality is essential; customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Previous similar experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Wellington sights and events
- Able to take Initiative and adapt to changing conditions
- You will need to hold working rights for New Zealand
- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
- Previous experience in five star luxury environment preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
