Our Blenheim clinic is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way. We are looking for a rehabilitation professional who has experience working on ACC contracts for adult pain, concussion and social rehab.
You will work with a great team of rehabilitation professionals who put their clients first and we, as a company, put their growth and development at the forefront of what we do.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software
