A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE...

We have just created a new position for a Finance Business Partner to join our tight knit team.

This is a role is a conduit for finance to the wider business – working alongside operational teams and leaders to provide insight that informs decisions and supports long-term success. It’s a true partnership role that will play a key part in translating financial data into practical guidance, helping us plan with confidence and deliver on our commitments.

From budgeting and forecasting through to performance reporting and capability building, the scope for this role is broad and offers a very real opportunity to add value.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED...

  • 5 years’ experience in a chartered accounting firm or corporate finance team.
  • Strong financial analysis, modelling and reporting skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, Power Query and finance systems like MYOB, Xero or Accumatica.
  • A natural ability to connect with people and share knowledge.
  • A values-driven approach that aligns with how we do things at Maycroft – with integrity, respect, responsibility and support.
