- Assist with the smooth operations of restaurant and conferencing spaces while on shift
- Assist in set up and coordination of functions and events
- Learning the operation to ensure services runs smoothly
- A la carte experience a plus
- Reliability and bring a positive attitude to work
- Team player and willing to help the team thrive
- Ability to supervise outlets and teams effectively
- Must be able to work morning and evening shifts over a 7-day roster
- Full working rights in NZ, via citizenship, residency or visa
